A study published in Nature has found that wrinkles, cataracts and the deterioration of muscle tissue was dramatically delayed in mice when administrated with a drug. When this drug was given to mice that had already aged it was found that improvement occurred in muscle function. However interesting this new discovery is, does it advocate for pressure to be put on older generations to maintain the appearance of youth? Is it no longer expectable to grow old graceful and maintain inner-youth or do older generations have to maintain eternal youth as well to be noticed.
